For all wig orders JPHAIRCARE requires that all customers fill out a wig offer form. Wig order form will allow you to customize your wig order to your liking. “Custom” wig order has a turn around of 10-20 days after purchase date, depending on the details of the wig. Business days include Monday- Friday excluding weekend and holidays. However we do offer RUSH services with this option you can jump the line, the fee of $100 can be added to your total. Wig or extensions can be ordered online, picked up in salon or scheduled online to have it installed (appointment required). All wigs/ extensions can be shipped out of state, a shipping fee is applied to each order. Once order is placed a tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

To ensure a perfect fit yes measurements are required. Meanwhile are only required for custom wigs. If you purchase a Premade wig this measurement will not be custom sized unless the wig originally is larger than the customers head size.

Frontal full lace wigs: (mostly HD) are factory made wigs from our hair supplier. They are customized in salon can be shipped out of state or installed in the salon. Custom Wigs: Cuztom made with sewing machine with frontal or closure piece. Cutom wigs can be customized for a more natural look. All wigs can be shipped or installed in the salon.
