No refunds on any units received and worn. Refunds only honored on unused/unworn units without the lace cut or altered. If subscription is cancelled, led unit stop going out to customers. At purchase customer will give head measurements to be fitted and style should already be decided upon purchase. Customer cannot change style after purchase. However, alterations for customers whose unit is too long and needs alterations to fit the style they have selected will be honored.
